Alicia Brault Joins MicroCare, Will Focus on Accounting

New Britain, CT – MicroCare Corporation is pleased to announce Ms. Alicia Brault, has joined MicroCare as Senior Accountant. In her new role, she will be responsible for all aspects of the corporate general and cost accounting functions.  All of which will help support the rapid growth MicroCare has enjoyed over the past four years. Ms. Brault joins MicroCare after holding a similar post at the Barnes Group – Aerospace Division in Windsor, CT.

“Alicia is bringing to MicroCare exactly the right skills at exactly the right time,” said Steven LeFebvre, MicroCare Chief Financial Officer. “Having Alicia on our team will allow us to focus on the development of new policies and tools and to continuously improve our accounting processes and procedures. Alicia is coming to us with a proven track record to get that done.”

Among her many tasks, Ms. Brault will support the company’s month-end close, cycle counting, financial reporting and general ledger structure process, resulting in complete and accurate domestic and international financial statements. This should not be a problem for Ms. Brault who performed similar work for the past thirteen years.

“I feel MicroCare is the perfect place for me to be right now,” Ms. Brault said. “It’s a fast-growing company. We have offices both in the USA and internationally that require support with accurate records, taxes and financial documents. It’s very exciting and energizing, and I’ll be using all of my experience and skills.”

Ms. Brault is an alumna of Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. She lives in northern CT with her two grown sons. When not working, Ms. Brault enjoys kayaking, biking and hiking.
