MicroCare HDS Heavy Duty Degreasing Fluid is best used to remove organics
- A popular, versatile, medium-strength vapor degreasing fluid
- Removes cutting oils, stamping oils, waxes, heavy greases, gear and lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, vacuum oils and mineral oils
- Suitable to clean GOx system components
- Perfect for cleaning bearings, machined parts, stampings and precision assemblies
- It is an ideal replacement for nPB, some HFEs, HCFC-141b, HCFC-225 and perfluorocarbons (PFCs)
- Ideal replacement for HFE-71DA, HFE-71DE and HFE-72DA and HFE-72DE
- Also used as a carrier fluid for silicone and other materials of lubrication
- Drop-in replacement – requires minor or no modifications to existing vapor degreasers
- With a low surface tension, low viscosity and high density, it easily displaces soils inside tight, complex spaces
- Very good materials compatibility
- Thermally and chemically stable for long fluid life
- Recyclable inside a vapor degreaser – reduces cost of ownership and environmental footprint
- Not a HAP (Hazardous Air Pollutant)
