Rob Lee Joins MicroCare as Regional Manager for Precision Cleaning Products

MicroCare is pleased to announce that Mr. Robert A. Lee has joined the MicroCare sales team as a regional sales manager for precision cleaning products.

Mr. Lee has spent his entire career in industrial sales and technical support. Building on that experience, he will be responsible for a broad array of customers in the eastern U.S. as well as certain major accounts in other locations acros the country. He brings a deep knowledge of fluorinated chemistries to MicroCare, coupled with a strong marketing, finance and manufacturing background. With his pervasive technical skills he will be crucial in helping MicroCare commercialize new products and develop new applications at client locations. Mr. Lee also will be making numerous appearances as a technical speaker at industry events and represent MicroCare at regulatory and process forums. All of this is going to make him extremely valuable to his customers as they balance cutting-edge innovation while keeping an eye on the risks and financial implications of new technologies.

As the valedictorian graduate in his M.B.A. class from the Lerner College of Business and Economics, Mr. Lee is completely conversant in the financial impacts of critical cleaning. He spent 22 years with DuPont Fluorochemicals (now Chemours) working closely with customers on issues related to performance, safety/health, economics and environmental concerns. As a volunteer in his community, he taught senior economics class at McKean High School in Delaware, and coached a high school economics team that won the Delaware State JA Economics Competition for four straight years.

Personally, he is an avid runner who has completed two marathons and one biathlon. One of his long-term goals is to someday run an IronMan competition and even climb Mt Kilimanjaro.
