MicroCare Appoints Sean Gallimore as Chief Operating Officer

MicroCare is pleased to announce the promotion of Sean Gallimore to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this expanded leadership role, Sean will oversee the company's global operations, marketing, and strategic initiatives as MicroCare continues to grow its worldwide presence.

Since joining MicroCare in 2025, Sean has played an instrumental role in advancing the company's growth strategy, strengthening collaboration across departments, and supporting innovation throughout the organization. As COO, he will focus on driving operational excellence, accelerating growth, and delivering even greater value to customers around the world.

Sean brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience in advanced manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial markets. Before joining MicroCare, he held senior leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Healthcare, Medtronic, Smith & Nephew, and Philips Healthcare. Most recently, he served as President of Dynisco, an Indicor company, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at PDI Healthcare.
