Duraglide Dry Lubricant Features and Benefits; a Video Demo
The ready-to-use Duraglide™ Dry Lubricant works extremely well on high-speed, high-volume mechanical assembly operations. In this product, PTFE particles are suspended in an nonflammable carrier fluid. Together, they produce a smooth, even coating that minimizes friction between moving parts and reduce actuation forces by 25% - 30%. Duraglide Dry Lubricants are ISO 10993 certified medical-grade lubricants. They also are non-migrating which means they stay where you apply them (unlike silicone lubes, which migrate from parts to workbenches and around the factory). Duraglide™ lubes also are easy to use and easy to validate and come in a variety of concentrations and different carriers, so clients can tailor their coating to their application and budget.
This demo features Jay Tourigny, who invented the proprietary manufacturing processes that enable the Duraglide™ lubricants to out-perform all others. In the video he explains how it works, the applications in which it works best, and the benefits of important features such as non-flammability and drying speed. All of these factors combine to improve product quality and reduce your costs in the manufacturing process.
Duraglide™ Dry Lubricant works extremely well in a dry spray format too.
