PCB Cleaning Strategies are a Hot Topic at DMEMS 2019
On May 1st, MicroCare joined with many other members of the electronics assembly industry and exhibited at the Del Mar Electronics and Manufacturing show in San Diego, CA.
The show was busy with many visitors including large PCB manufacturers and military and department of defense representatives.
The DMEMS show was a terrific opportunity to check in with our existing customers regarding their cleaning requirements. We also greeted other companies who have not worked with MicroCare before. There were some good discussions in the booth including sound strategies for removing adhesive from circuit boards and how to set up in-house audits to evaluate companies’ cleaning methods and fluids.
Keith Sanducci, Western US Regional Sales Manager and Ernesto Pollano, Mexico Regional Sales Manager were on-hand to showcase some of the MicroCare products including our Presaturated ESD Wipes.
“ESD control continues to be a consistent concern for many PCB manufacturers and subcontractors,” noted Keith. “These wipes feature a fluid formulation specifically engineered to safely clean and protect static sensitive surfaces in manufacturing environments.”
Customers also showed interest in our PCB cleaning pens and the Sticklers line of products for cleaning fiber optic connectors and cables.
