Tergo TPF105 High Purity Ionic & Static Remover is ideal for medical and aerospace products where critical cleaning is paramount
Applications:
- Control ionic charges
- Cleaning optics or circuitry
- Solvent drying - absorbs trace amount of moisture
- Rinsing for particulate removal
- Removing fingerprints and light soils from metal, plastic and glass parts
- An excellent replacement for HCFCs, PFCs, nPB, Perc and TCE
- Great alternative for 3M Novec™ 7100IPA
Features:
- An azeotrope mixture of HFE and ethanol
- Added polarity of ethanol aids in cleaning inorganic soils
- Improved solvency for polar soils, compared to neat fluorocarbons
- Prohibits bioburden and dendrite growth
- Hydrolytically stable – no need for acid acceptance testing and scavengers
- With a low surface tension, low viscosity and high density, it displaces soils inside tight, complex spaces for effective soil and particulate removal
