At MicroCare, Jen Halpin is known for one thing above all else: building strong relationships. As a Business Development Specialist, she manages a portfolio of accounts where she focuses on growing partnerships, reconnecting with customers who may have gone quiet, and introducing new companies to MicroCare solutions. Whether she’s re-engaging inactive accounts or helping long-time customers expand their use of MicroCare products, Jen brings a thoughtful, customer-first approach to every conversation.

With more than 20 years in chemical and adhesive sales, Jen was drawn to the MicroCare technical expertise, collaborative culture, and strong Connecticut roots. She sees MicroCare as an innovator in specialty cleaning and coating solutions that help customers clean better, protect their devices, and improve reliability in critical applications.

Jen graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Sociology. Early in her career she discovered a passion for technical sales, and over the past two decades she has successfully worked across several industries. What she enjoys most is understanding how products perform in real-world applications and helping customers solve practical problems.

Dependable, focused, and easy to work with, Jen takes pride in delivering on commitments and being someone customers know they can count on.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family. She and her high school sweetheart have been together for 34 years, and their son is getting ready to head off to college. She’s an avid reader (especially Louise Penny’s Inspector Gamache series), loves Indian cuisine, enjoys watching football with her son, and loves her cup of coffee, preferably with a coconut twist.
