Cecilia Piña - The Crafty Customer Relations Person

As a Customer Relations Coordinator II, Cecilia Piña coordinates all aspects of our MicroCare customers’ experience. This includes order processing and status, product availability and pricing inquiries, credit terms and shipping updates. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she also provides support to our domestic and international outside sales team and customers.

When not helping customers, Cecilia enjoys her downtime catching up with friends and family, listening to leadership and entrepreneurship podcasts or creating designs for her next crafting adventure. Her current favorites are paper crafts and personalized items.
