Greg Gascon joined MicroCare in November 2024, bringing with him 17 years of industrial sales expertise across a variety of industries. As the Strategic Account Executive for Medical and Precision Cleaning, Greg is passionate about helping customers solve complex cleaning process challenges, often navigating long sales cycles to deliver impactful solutions that drive success.

Education & Career Journey

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Alfred University, where he cultivated the foundation for his dynamic sales career. Starting as a Sales Representative with 3M’s Abrasives Systems Division, he spent seven years honing his technical sales skills before transitioning to a Business Development role at Graco Inc. This role broadened his perspective, emphasizing the value of partnerships and revenue growth.

Greg’s career continued to flourish as a Sales Manager with Robert Bosch LLC, leading a team of eight across the Eastern U.S. Returning to 3M in 2017, Greg took on a leadership support role, mentoring a team of six and driving revenue for the Industrial Tapes and Adhesives Division.
Among his proudest achievements is contributing to his team’s 2017 win of the Affiliated Distributors Conversion of the Year, a milestone celebrated at the prestigious AD National Sales Meeting.

Life Beyond Work

Outside the office, Greg enjoys skiing, golfing, and playing cards with friends. He lives in upstate New York with his wife, Jackie, and their three children. He believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance by staying focused and efficient during work hours, so he can give his family his full attention at home.
