Kristin Rosas - The Tailored Strategic Account Executive

Providing tailored critical cleaning solutions to her customers is Kristin Rosas’ specialty. Kristin joined MicroCare in 2022 as a Strategic Account Executive for our Precision Cleaning and Medical Device Manufacturing platforms.  In her role, she is responsible for sales and customer satisfaction for companies using bulk vapor degreasing cleaning processes.

No Stanger to Industrial Chemistry

Since 2008 Kristin has held various industrial chemical roles including on site Chemical Management, Quality Chemist and Field Services and Sales.  The majority of her career was built on solving customer problems and improving their manufacturing processes by recommending chemistries to improve their quality, efficiency, and reducing overall all costs, in all forms of metalworking.

For example, through her continuous field work, she collaborated to create new chemistries and made recommendations based on customer feedback to match their specific processes. She was able to help meet the immediate and specific demands for engine and automotive plants in Michigan and Ohio as well as for the oil and gas markets in the Texas and Oklahoma region.

Observe, Question, Research, Collaborate

Kristin’s work style is to observe, question, research, collaborate and then provided tailored solutions for her customers. She finds this method to be both successful and rewarding. For example, while traveling through Houston, she passed a pipe threading facility and asked why her company hadn’t been successful for decades in supplying that particular customer. 

“I was not only able to gain access to the facility and beat out the competition, but also able to observe, research and deliver better pipe coating and other chemical process products within the year. It was a successful collaboration that started with a simple question.”

All Hands-on Deck

Kristin enjoys working within the close-knit MicroCare team who shares the “all hands-on deck” approach when it comes to solving our customers’ cleaning challenges.   She says, “The entire MicroCare team holds the common values of professionalism, teamwork and respect. The focus really is on customers first.”

On a Personal Note

Kristin graduated for the University of Michigan – Flint with a BA in Chemistry and an MBA in International Business.

She lives on the north side of Houston, Texas with her husband and two sons. They also share their home with two small pups (Jammer and Pivot) and 2 cats (Oreo and Georgia Jr.).

Outside the office Kristin enjoys working in her yard, big neighborhood holiday block parties or quieter evenings enjoying the fire pit with friends and neighbors.

For more adventure, she likes backpacking with friends and family. The last hike she completed was the 26.8-mile Eagle Rock Loop in Arkansas. Kristin says, “The loop is a wooded trail with challenging elevation changes and multiple blue/green water crossings.  Being out in nature with no distractions is a relaxing reset to everyday life”.
