Matt Lingenfelter leads national healthcare sales at MicroCare Medical, where he focuses on expanding partnerships, supporting the sales team, and helping healthcare organizations improve instrument care and infection prevention practices. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare sales and surgical instrumentation, Matt brings deep industry knowledge and a practical understanding of hospital and clinical workflows.

In his role, Matt works closely with healthcare systems, distributors, and the MicroCare internal teams to develop strategies that support national growth while delivering solutions that help customers maintain cleaner, safer, and more compliant operations. He also mentors our  regional sales representatives and collaborates with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure our MicroCare solutions align with the evolving needs of healthcare providers.

Background & Career

Matt brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare sales leadership. Before joining MicroCare, he served as a Territory Sales Manager at Option Care Health. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Belimed as Area Sales Director for the East and spent more than 12 years at Aesculap, where he served as Regional Sales Director for the Northeast and as a Surgical Sales Representative.

Throughout his career, Matt has developed extensive expertise in surgical instrumentation, endoscopic technologies, instrument repair programs, and hospital system support. One of the things he enjoys most about his work is partnering with healthcare teams to solve real-world challenges and improve operational outcomes in critical care environments.
