Manuel Gonzalez - The Empathetic Sales Manager

As the MicroCare Eastern Mexico Regional Manager, Manuel Gonzalez is responsible for the growth and development of all MicroCare products including electronics, medical, precision and fiber optic cleaning fluids. It is his job to ensure our customers get the customers the right chemistry, the right process, and the right training, so they get the critical cleaning results they need.

Manuel joined MicroCare in January 2022. He has over two decades of experience selling electronics and telecommunications solutions for companies including a cable services company and Vision Engineering.

Be Prepared

Manuel takes a proactive approach to his work. He likes to be at the ready to help his customers when they need him. “I like to be an always present resource for my customers and distributors,” he says. “It’s my role to always support them with empathy and consideration.”

An Award Winner

Manuel describes himself as a macromanager. He believes in developing trust, engagement and an open relationship with his team of distributors. An approach that has served him well in the past.

With his previous companies he was awarded for his outstanding development of his distribution network and received top seller awards multiple times.

On a Personal Note

Manuel holds a degree in industrial engineering from ITESO University in Guadalajara, Mexico. In fact, he was born and raised in Guadalajara, but he and his wife now live in Monterrey, Mexico with their young daughter and son. They also share their home with their rescue dog.

On the weekends you’ll often find the Gonzalez family biking or picnicking at their local park or enjoying a barbeque at home. Manuel enjoys watching soccer, football and Formula 1 racing. He also actively participates in the parents' association soccer league to stay involved in his kids’ school activities.
