Screen Cleaner Wipes remove ink without damaging screens or emulsions
Applications:
- ScreenClean™ Screen Cleaner Wipes are ideal for removing inks and partially-cured epoxies
- Safe on all types of screens, such as those used to print thick-film pastes and hybrid circuits
- This hydrocarbon cleaner is an excellent replacement for methylene chloride, acetone and other ink removing solvents
- When used on UV-curable inks, it reacts quickly with the contamination, breaking molecular bonds, speeding cleaning and improving quality
Features:
- Slower drying for optimum tack-time
- No residue, no rinsing, 100% VOC so fluid evaporates cleanly
- ESD-safe
- No tear, no lint, heavy duty fabric wipe - not paper
- “Slam-Shut” lid minimizes evaporation and keeps the wipes damp
- There are 100, 8″x 5″ presaturated wipes in each tub
- Non-corrosive
- Completely ozone-safe
- Low GWP
- Flammable
